2 2/3 cups heavy cream
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup finely chopped toasted almonds
2 1/2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon almond extract

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  • Pour into an ice-cream machine and process according to manufacturer's directions.
