24 keebler ice cream cups
1 box any brand chocolate cake mix

Steps:

  • Follow instructions on back of cake mix to make batter.
  • Wrap foil around cone base on place straight up in ungreased muffin pan.
  • Fill Keebler cones with ¼ cup of cake batter (approximately ½ full). Do not overfill the cone or it may bake over the sides. Let batter settle before placing cones in oven.
  • Place partially-filled cones in oven and bake for 25-30 minutes at 370 degrees F.
  • Let cones cool completely before topping.
  • You can use any kind of topping, including whipped cream, frosting, ice cream, your favorite Keebler cookie, etc. For cones with less cake, fill ice cream or a surprise treat kids love!

1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ devil's food cake mix
Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on cake mix box
1 container Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy creamy white frosting
1 tube (0.68 oz) Betty Crocker™ black decorating gel
1 cup assorted small candies (tiny jelly beans, candy corn, etc.)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pans).
  • Make, bake and cool cake as directed on box for 24 cupcakes.
  • To decorate each cupcake, spoon about 1 tablespoonful frosting on top of each. With back of spoon, spread frosting into shape of light bulb to look like skeleton head. While frosting is still wet, decorate with gel and candies to make skeleton face. Store loosely covered.

2 ⅓ cups all-purpose flour, sifted
2 cups white sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
¾ teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
1 ½ cups milk
½ cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Line two 12-cup muffin tins with paper liners.
  • Combine sifted flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Whisk eggs together in a second bowl for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Beat milk, oil, and vanilla extract together in another large bowl with an electric mixer on low speed until incorporated. Add the flour mixture in increments, making sure it mixes in well. Fold in eggs. Scoop batter into the prepared muffin cups.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until a cake tester inserted into the center comes out clean, about 20 to 25 minutes. Cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

You don't need a special occasion! Cupcakes are a fun and easy way to make and eat cake anytime.

3 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk or water
1/4 cup shortening
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 eggs
Favorite frosting, if desired

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F. Place paper baking cup in each of 24 regular-size muffin cups, or grease and flour muffin cups.
  • Beat all ingredients except Frosting in large bowl on low speed 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly. Beat on medium speed 4 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Fill muffin cups about 1/2 full.
  • Bake about 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Immediately remove from pan; cool. Frost.
