¼ cup margarine or butter, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
2 cups Kellogg's® Rice Krispies® cereal
1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate morsels
2 tablespoons vegetable shortening
54 each mini-muffin paper cups

Steps:

  • In large electric mixer bowl, beat peanut butter, margarine and sugar on medium speed until thoroughly combined. Add KELLOGG'S RICE KRISPIES cereal, mixing thoroughly. Portion mixture, using rounded teaspoon. Shape into balls. Place each ball in paper cup. Refrigerate.
  • Melt chocolate morsels and shortening in small saucepan, over low heat, stirring constantly. Spoon 1 teaspoon melted chocolate over each peanut butter ball. Refrigerate until firm. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.

1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Asian hot sauce, such as Sriracha
1/2 lime, juiced
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Vegetable oil, for frying
1 pound fresh lump crab meat, rinsed, drained and dried
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon minced fresh chives
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
2 tablespoons minced red bell pepper
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 egg, beaten
2 1/2 cups Rice Krispies cereal, divided
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Steps:

  • For the aioli: Mix together the mayonnaise, hot sauce and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper.
  • For the fritters: Heat a pot of oil to 350 degrees F. Combine the crab, garlic, chives, parsley, bell pepper, mustard, mayonnaise, egg and half the cereal. Season with salt and pepper. Form into walnut-size balls. Crush the remaining cereal in a bag with a rolling pin and roll the balls in the crumbs. Carefully drop the balls into the hot oil and fry until golden, 2 to 4 minutes. Serve with the spicy aioli for dipping.

1 (10 ounce) package regular marshmallows
6 cups kellogg's Rice Krispies or 6 cups kellogg's COCOA KRISPIES® cereal
12 wooden ice cream sticks
flaked coconut (optional)
semisweet chocolate morsel, melted (optional)

Steps:

  • Melt margarine in large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
  • Add Kellogg's® Rice Krispies® cereal. Stir until well coated.
  • Using 1/2 cup measure coated with cooking spray, portion hot cereal mixture. Shape into balls, inserting wooden stick. Roll and press in coconut or drizzle with chocolate. Faces can be created with frosting, marshmallows or candies, if desired. Best if served the same day.
  • Microwave Directions.
  • In a large microwave safe bowl, heat margarine and marshmallows at HIGH 3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Stir until smooth. Follow steps 2 and 3 above. Microwave cooking times may vary.
