An easy keto cheese bread recipe with gooey cheese pulls and 3g net carbs! Make this low carb keto garlic cheese bread with almond flour or coconut flour.

2 oz Cream cheese ((cut into cubes))
1 1/2 cups Wholesome Yum Blanched Almond Flour
2 large Eggs
1/2 tbsp Baking powder
1 packet Active dry yeast ((2 1/4 tsp))
1/4 cup Water ((lukewarm))
1 tsp Inulin powder
2 tbsp Unsalted butter ((melted))
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese ((shredded))

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (176 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese (use 1 cup if you REALLY love cheese like me!)
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Pinch of Italian seasoning (optional)
Parchment paper
Salt

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and pat it out like you would pizza dough into parchment paper (not wax!) Sprinkle with some salt.
  • Bake for approx. 15 minutes.
  • Broil on high for 1-2 minutes to get a crisper top and brown edges.
  • Cut with a pizza cutter and dip in some Raos marinara sauce!

Steps:

  • Line the air fryer basket with a piece of parchment paper.
  • Combine mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, and garlic powder in a bowl; mix until well combined. Press into a round circle on the parchment in the air fryer basket.
  • Heat the air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Fry bread for 10 minutes. Remove. Serve garlic cheese bread warm, but not hot.
