This creamy, flavorful keto chipotle aioli pairs perfectly with burgers, chicken, fried brussel sprouts... It will quickly become a favorite keto condiment to have around! We mix up a jar at a time to have ready to eat when time is short.

1 cup avocado oil mayo
1 teaspoon garlic flakes ((or ¼ teaspoon garlic powder))
1 teaspoon chipotle powder (ground)
½ teaspoon salt
3 packets true lime ((or 1 Tablespoon lime juice))

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir to combine.
  • You can eat it right away, or for optimal flavor, cover and chill for at least 2 hours. Stir and serve!

6 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 teaspoons chopped chipotle chiles in adobo
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon cumin
4 teaspoons fresh lime juice
sea salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Steps:

  • Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Transfer to a bowl or squeeze bottle, and refrigerate until needed.
