This is the ultimate easy egg bake or crustless quiche recipe. You make one egg mixture and choose your own veggies, meats, cheeses, and spices to go in it.

4 eggs
4 oz cream cheese
large pinch of salt
1/2 tsp dill, basil, oregano, parsley, etc.
1/2 tsp dried onion and/or dried minced garlic
1/2-1 cup of shredded or crumbled cheese ((cheddar, mozzarella, feta, etc.))
sauteed veggies
cooked meats

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Put the egg mixture ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Spray a baking dish with cooking spray. Put the toppings of your choice in the baking dish: meat or vegetables on the bottom, then sprinkle on the cheese, finally sprinkle on seasonings. Pour the egg over the fillings.
  • Bake for 30 min or until the easy egg bake isn't jiggly and the edges are golden brown.

Our easy Keto Egg & Cream Cheese Bake is ideal to throw together for breakfast, lunch or dinner! This delicious recipe is great for meal prepping and using up leftovers.

4 ounces Cream Cheese (softened)
5 large Eggs
⅓ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon White Pepper (ground)
1 cup Ham (diced)
¼ cup Scallions (sliced)
1 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)

Steps:

  • Preheat your oven to 175C/350F.
  • Place the cream cheese and 2 eggs into a large jug and blend with an immersion blender, until fully combined.
  • Add the remaining eggs, cream, salt, and pepper, and blend until combined.
  • Grease an 8in square baking dish and add the ham, scallions, and half the cheddar to the base.
  • Pour over the egg mixture and give it a gentle mix to evenly distribute the fillings. Sprinkle over the remaining cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 35-45 minutes until golden brown and puffed up. It should not jiggle when moved.
  • Leave to cool for 5 minutes before slicing. The egg will deflate as the steam escapes when it starts to cool.
  • Cut into quarters and serve hot!

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook sausage, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon, until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Spread over the bottom of a 9x13-inch casserole dish.

1 teaspoon salt
8 slices pepperoni

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x5-inch loaf pan with nonstick spray.
  • Place butter cubes in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Spoon pizza sauce over the bottom, spreading evenly. Crack eggs on top. Add ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and salt. Top with pepperoni.
