- Preheat the oven to 250F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and spray a wire rack with cooking spray. lay out the chicken thighs on the wire rack skin side up and place inside the baking sheet. Dry the chicken thoroughly with paper towels.
- Place the chicken in a bag or a bowl with a lid and toss the chicken in the baking powder and spices and then put the chicken back on the rack.
- Bake the chicken in the center of the oven for 30 minutes. Increase the heat of the oven to 425F and move the oven rack up one spot then bake for an additional 25-30 minutes or until brown and crispy. Chicken is cooked through when an internal temperature of 165F is reached.

- Start by drying the drumsticks with a paper towel to remove all excess moisture. Once they are dry, coat the drumsticks in the 2 tbsp. of baking powder. Let the baking powder sit and absorb the moisture on the skin for at least an hour.
- Preheat your oven or grill to 425 F. If you are grilling, set your grill for indirect heat. If baking, place foil on a baking sheet and place a baking rack on the baking sheet to allow hot air to penetrate under the chicken. Spray the rack to prevent the chicken from sticking.
- In a bowl, combine the seasonings listed above or use your ow bbq rub. Coat the chicken in the seasoning and place on the grill or on the elevated rack on the baking sheet.
- The drumsticks should cook like this until they reach an internal temperature of 150 F. Sauce the drumsticks and continue to cook until the internal temperature hits 165 F. This should take approximately 40-45 minutes. Make sure you are checking your chicken with a thermometer for accuracy.
- Before serving, add more sauce over the top and enjoy!

- Pat the chicken legs dry with paper towels, which will help them get crispy. Arrange the chicken legs on the rack.
- Brush the chicken drumsticks with melted butter. Season with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Bake the chicken legs in the oven for 25 minutes. Flip and bake for another 10-20 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- Pat the chicken dry and season with salt and pepper. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and cream. In a separate bowl, whisk together the keto bread crumbs, almond flour, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder.
