14.5 oz diced tomato, drained
15 oz corn, drained
½ red onion, diced
1 ½ cups ranch dressing
1 cup BBQ sauce
16 oz fusilli pasta
pepper, to taste
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
fresh parsley

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • In a bowl, combine chicken, tomatoes, corn, onion, ranch, and BBQ sauce.
  • Add the pasta, and mix until evenly coated.
  • Pour mixture into a 9x13 (22 x 33 cm) baking dish. Sprinkle with pepper to taste.
  • Top with mozzarella, and bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
  • Top with fresh parsley.

1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
2 cups milk, 1% fat
4 cups pasta, cooked
3 cups chicken, chopped and cooked
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated and divided

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a nonstick skillet with cooking spray and bring to medium heat.
  • Add vegetables; cook and stir three minutes or until tender crisp.
  • Cube cream cheese and add along with milk and garlic salt. Cook on low heat 3-5 minutes or until melted, stirring frequently.
  • Add pasta, chicken, and half of the parmesean cheese.
  • Spoon into 2 1/2 quart casserole dish.

Steps:

  • Cook 3 cups pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Cook and stir chicken in half the Simmer Sauce in large skillet until done.

3 cups farfalle pasta, uncooked (bow-tie pasta)
1 cup baby carrots, diagonally sliced
1 cup frozen peas
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into thin strips
1 onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing and Marinade
1 (14 ounce) can reduced-sodium fat-free chicken broth
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1/2 cup kraft finely shredded italian* five cheese blend

Steps:

  • COOK pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, adding carrots and peas to boiling water the last 3 minute.
  • MEANWHILE, cook and stir chicken in large nonstick skillet 3 to 4 minute or until no longer pink. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm. Add onions and dressing to skillet; cook 5 minute or until onions are crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Return chicken to skillet. Stir in broth. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 3 minute or until chicken is done, stirring occasionally.
  • DRAIN pasta mixture. Add to skillet with basil; stir. Serve topped with cheese.
