¾ cup THM Baking Blend
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon THM Mineral Salt
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or cashew milk)
½ cup THM Integral Collagen (optional)
1¼ Cups Egg Whites
1 Cup Sprouted Wheat Flour
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Teaspoon Thm Mineral Salt
1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk, or cashew milk
½ Cup Thm Integral Collagen, optional

Steps:

  • Mix all together. Batter will be soupy and runny.
  • Using ramekins or Silicone muffin cups. Fill ¼ of the cup.
  • Air Fry at 370 for 6 to 8 minutes
  • Serve with on-plan jelly/jam, berries or syrup!
