FANTASTIC CRAB DIP
This recipe can be served hot or cold with a variety of different crackers or bread. It can be placed in a loaf of hollowed out sourdough bread; the bread can be used for dipping. Don't heat dip when in the bread; bread will become soggy. Heat the dip, and then fill bread.

Steps:
- In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese until soft and smooth. Blend in lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper. Mix in garlic, onions, and crab meat. Store, covered, in refrigerator until ready to use.
- To serve warm, heat in microwave for 3 to 4 minutes.

WARM CRAB DIP
Maryland's Chesapeake Bay is known for crabs, and they're a big favorite of ours. When fresh crabmeat is available, we'll use it in this dip, but canned works just as well. This appetizer is nice for any holiday or gathering.

LIGHTER HOT CRAB AND ARTICHOKE DIP
In an effort to cut the calorioes and fat from one of our favorite dips, this is what I came up.The result is a very flavorful dip that doesn't suffer from the low fat version of ingredients! Our guests loved this. Serve with buttery crackers, lightly toasted baguette slices or as a dip for crudites.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 drgrees F.
- Combine the softened cream cheese with all other ingredients in a shallow ovenproof casserole dish.
- Sprinkle top with additional parmesan cheese.
- Place prepared dish in oven and heat until hot and bubbly and top is lightly golden, about 15 to 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven ,allow to cool slightly and serve.

CRAB RANGOON DIP WITH CRISPY WONTON CHIPS
I love this creamy, tangy, savory crab rangoon dip with sweet chili sauce and cool crunch of green onion, and when served on the super crunchy and salty wonton chips... watch out! Fun twist to a familiar favorite.

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a 2-quart or 8x8-inch baking dish.
- Reserve 1 tablespoon green onions for garnish. Combine the remaining onions with cream cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, Sriracha, soy sauce, lemon zest, and lemon juice and stir until well blended. Fold in crabmeat and pour mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly, about 20 minutes. Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes before serving. Drizzle with sweet chili sauce and sprinkle with reserved green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
- While dip bakes, heat oil in a medium saucepan to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Fry 5 to 6 pieces of wonton at a time in batches, flipping several times throughout, until golden, bubbly, and crisp, about 30 seconds. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle immediately with salt. Repeat with remaining wontons and serve immediately with dip. (Alternatively, these chips could be made the day before, cooled completely, and stored in airtight containers).

- Dip: Soften cream cheese in microwave.
- Stir in rest of ingredients (except wonton wrappers and parmesan cheese).
- Spread in serving bowl.
- Before serving, microwave to warm.
- Top with sweet and sour sauce.
- To make wonton strips (for dipping):.
- Cut each wonton wrapper in half.
- Spray with nonstick cooking spray (on pan and on top) and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Bake 5-7 minutes at 375 or until slightly brown.
