Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Lightly grease a 13x9x2-inch baking dish; set aside.
- In large bowl, combine macaroni, butter and shredded Cheddar cheese, stirring until melted.
- Spoon mixture into prepared baking dish.
- In medium bowl, combine eggs, evaporated milk, salt and pepper.
- Pour mixture over macaroni, stirring to combine.
- Cover with sliced Cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 1 hour, or until cheese is lightly browned.

MAC DADDY MAC N' CHEESE
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place shallots and garlic in a small aluminum foil pouch and drizzle with olive oil. Roast 20 to 30 minutes or until tender. Remove from foil and chop. In a large saute pan, reheat reserved bacon fat over medium heat. Add roasted shallot and garlic and saute for 1 minute. Add flour and stir for 1 minute. Whisk in heavy cream and thyme. Reduce by a third. Stir in cheeses until melted, creamy and thickened. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and gently stir in pasta. Place in a 9X13 casserole dish. In a small bowl, mix together diced bacon, bread crumbs, butter and parsley. Top Mac n Cheese with Panko mixture and bake uncovered at same heat until bubbling and lightly browned on top, 20 to 25 minutes.

- Add uncooked macaroni, chicken broth, onion powder, dry mustard, seasoning salt and pepper to the pressure cooker.
- Cover, set to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
- Quick release pressure once cooking time is completed.
- Add cream cheese and butter to the macaroni and remaining water. Mix until combined.
- Stir in 1/2 cup milk and shredded cheese until cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
- For crumb topping, add butter and bread crumbs to a pan over medium-high heat and cook for a 2-3 minutes or until bread crumbs are golden brown, stirring constantly. Remove crumbs from heat and sprinkle on top of macaroni.
- Sprinkle chives and bacon crumbles on top of macaroni and serve.

BACON LOADED MAC N ' CHEESE
I was tired of my usual Mac N' Cheese, so this is what I came up with.The prep times include the frying of the bacon, and also includes the cooking time of the pasta.If you don't have the pasta that this recipe calls for, please use whatever you have on hand. And the amount of salt and pepper is strictly up to your own personal tastes.And if you are a cheese addict like me, :) you can add more cheese to the top before baking.Submitted to " ZAAR " on November 18th, 2009

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Fry bacon till lightly crisp, crumble and set aside.
- Cook macaroni according to directions on pasta box, and drain.
- In the same pan as you cooked the pasta, melt margarine and add flour.
- Cook for about 3 minutes,until flour taste is cooked away.
- Add milk a little at a time, stir until flour is well blended.
- Remove from heat and add 3/4 cup of cheese, stirring until melted ( at this point, you may add a bit more milk if it's too thick ).
- Add pasta, crumbled bacon, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour into a greased a 1 1/2 quart baking dish, sprinkle top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or longer if you like a more golden cheesy top.
LOADED CHEESEBURGER MACARONI
Steps:
- In 12-inch skillet, brown beef, onion and garlic over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until thoroughly cooked; drain.
- Stir in hot water, milk, sauce mix and uncooked pasta (from Hamburger Helper box), tomatoes, relish and mustard. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
