CHOCOLATE LOVERS HOT CHOCOLATE

Steps:

• In a medium mixing bowl, using a hand mixer, whip the chilled cream, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla on high speed until it reaches stiff peaks, about 2-3 minutes. Cover the bowl and refrigerate until ready to use.
• Pour the melted chocolate into a small plate and dip or roll the rim of your mug. Set aside.
• In a heat safe bowl, microwave the heavy whipping cream and chocolate chips together in 30 second intervals, until the cream is steaming hot. This takes me about 1 minute, but it may be longer for you, so stir after each interval to check if the chocolate is melted enough.
• Stir until the mixture comes together to form a thick and silky ganache. Set aside.
• Add the milk, cocoa and vanilla to a medium saucepan and heat over medium heat, whisking constantly, until the cocoa has dissolved.
• Pour in the ganache and continue to stir until the mixture is simmering. Do not boil.
• Pour hot chocolate into mugs. Top with the chocolate whipped cream, a drizzle of melted chocolate, chocolate curls and a chocolate heart candy, if desired. Serve and enjoy!

CHOCOLATE LOVER'S HOT CHOCOLATE

Steps:

• Heat 2 1/2 cups milk in a saucepan over medium heat until steaming, about 5 minutes. Stir in brown sugar, maple syrup, honey, and vanilla extract. Bring to boil and stir in cocoa powder. Remove from heat and add the remaining 1/2 cup milk. Return saucepan over heat and simmer until heated through, about 2 minutes more. Ladle into cups to serve.

ULTIMATE CHOCOLATE LOVERS FREAKSHAKE

Steps:

• In a medium mixing bowl, using a hand mixer, whip the chilled cream, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla until it reaches stiff peaks, about 3-4 minutes. Cover the bowl and refrigerate until ready to use.
• Break up 3 of the chocolate bars into a heat safe bowl and microwave in 30 second intervals until chocolate is melted and smooth.
• Using the back of a spoon, spread the chocolate over the outer rim of each glass. Place the glass upside down on a parchment lined baking sheet or plate.
• Break up the remaining 2 chocolate bars and press the pieces onto the chocolate rim. Transfer to the refrigerator or the freezer to set while you prepare the milkshake.
• Add the chocolate Ice cream, 1/4-1/2 cup of cream or milk *(see notes) and hot fudge sauce to a blender and blend until smooth.
• Remove glasses from freezer and drizzle remaining melted chocolate in the glass along with some chocolate sauce. Pour in milkshake.
• Transfer chocolate whipped cream to a piping bag fitted with a large star tip and pipe a swirl of whipped cream on top. Garnish with chocolate curls.
• Place a brownie on top of the whipped cream and a slice of chocolate cake on top of the brownie. Squeeze in the truffles and chocolate bar pieces on top and around the brownie and cake. Drizzle the top of the milkshake with more chocolate sauce and melted chocolate, if desired. Enjoy!

CHOCOLATE LOVER'S DOUBLE HOT CHOCOLATE

Steps:

• 1. Pour water into the blender. Loosen lid to allow steam to escape.
• 2. Add HMR shake mix and pudding mix, then cover loosely and blend on low speed for 5 seconds.
• 3. Important: If using HMR 70 Plus, use warm (not hot) water.
