Number Of Ingredients 11

1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 Tbsp chicken bouillon - heaping
2 Tbsp dried onion
1 Tbsp parsley
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
8 oz cheddar, shredded
1/2 c low carb thousand island dressing
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 c sour cream
1/2 c dill pickles

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375* F.
  • 2. In a large skillet, brown ground beef. Season with chicken bouillon, dried onion flakes, parsley, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  • 3. In a large bowl, place seasoned ground beef. Add cheddar cheese, thousand island dressing, eggs, sour cream, and dill pickles. Mix together thoroughly.
  • 4. Add ground beef mixture to an 8x11-inch baking dish and spread to corners. Bake for 30 minutes

1 pound 85-90% ground beef
1/2 cup diced onions
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
6 cups romaine lettuce ((chopped))
1/2 cup sliced red onion
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup tomato, diced ((optional))
1/4 cup dill pickles ((sliced or diced))
3/4 cup mayo
2 tablespoon dill pickles, finely minced ((or pickle relish))
1 tablespoon mustard ((or French/Thousand Island Dressing))
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Steps:

  • Cook beef: Add the beef to a large pan and brown over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes, smashing the beef to crumble. Add the onion, salt & pepper and cook for another 4-5 minutes or until the onion is softened and the beef is browned, cooked through and slightly crispy.
  • Make a big mac sauce: whisk all the ingredients in a medium bowl.
  • Assemble: Divide the lettuce into 4 bowls, top each bowl with ¼ the browned beef, onion, cheese, tomato and pickled. Drizzle with big mac sauce and serve immediately.

Like the popular fast food restaurant's burger, this big mac pizza will have you addicted! All the elements that made the burger amazing are here we just happened to take it over the top by turning it into a pizza.

Double Batch Fat Head Pizza Dough Recipe (SEE LINK ABOVE IN WRITTEN RECIPE)
OR 1 traditional pizza dough ball
1 lb ground beef- cooked, drained
10 slices YELLOW American Cheese (deli, not singles)
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup dill pickle, chopped (we used spears)
1/2 cup iceburg lettuce, chopped
2 tablespoon ketchup
1/3 cup mayo (we use olive oil mayo, no soy)
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1 tablespoon each, VERY finely chopped onion & dill pickle
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon white vinegar
2 teaspoon sweetener (or sugar if non keto)
Salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 (or according to package instructions)
  • Press dough out evenly onto 11×15 sheet pan
  • Lay the slices of American cheese out evenly on the dough.
  • Top with ground beef, onion and pickle.
  • Mix all sauce ingredients together in a small bowl.
  • Drizzle big mac sauce over the top evenly then the shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake 15 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  • Top with shredded lettuce, cut and serve!
