1 large sweet onion, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons minced garlic
6 large eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
2 cups cubed cooked rotisserie chicken
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
5 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

Steps:

  • In a small skillet, saute onion in oil until tender. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. In a large bowl, combine eggs and cream. Stir in the chicken, cheese, bacon and onion mixture. Pour into a greased 9-in. deep-dish pie plate., Bake at 375° for 35-45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.

Steps:

  • 1. Brown the sausage with the mushrooms, onion and celery drain well. Place in a greased 9 1/2-10-inch pie pan. 2. Mix in chicken and cheese. 3. Steps:

  • Brown the sausage with the mushrooms, onion and celery; drain well.
