4 bananas (ripe and mashed)
2 cups almond flour
1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon xanthan gum
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/3 cup whey protein powder (multipurpose unflavored sugar-free)
1/3 cup sugar-free chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Blend all liquid ingredients in electric mixer.
  • Add all dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  • Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Pour into greased loaf pan.
  • Bake at 350 degree for 45-60 minutes (or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean).
