SUGAR FREE CHOCOLATE BUTTERCREAM FROSTING
A sugar free version of a chocolate buttercream frosting

Steps:
- Start by whipping up your butter to make it fluffy. I use a whisk attachment on my mixer.
- Add the sugar free powdered sugar to the butter. Switch to a paddle attachment or mix by hand using a spoon. Cream this together.
- Stir in the chocolate and the vanilla extract.
- When the chocolate appears to be blended in, add a tablespoon of your dairy. Whip this up and if your frosting seems to be too thick continue to add additional dairy, up to a 1 tablespoon at a time, until you have reached your desired texture. However, to thicken up a thin frosting, simply add additional sugar a teaspoon at a time.
- This should frost an average sized cake depending the thickness of your frosting.

- Blend together skim milk, vanilla extract and Dream Whip (or sugar-free whipped topping mix).
- Beat until stiff.
- Add pudding mix and continue to beat until light and fluffy.
- Add more skim milk if too thick.

FLUFFY FAT-FREE CHOCOLATE FROSTING
Try this using different flavors of sugar-free pudding. Make certain to completely thaw the Cool Whip before adding to the pudding, if you like a sweeter frosting add in some Splenda or alternative sweetener into the pudding mix. If you are not worried about calories and fat content then this works well using full-fat products, just omit the skim milk powder. The chocolate flavor goes well on top of recipe#209214

Steps:
- In a bowl mix together 3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons skim milk with skim milk powder and vanilla; mix until no powder remains in the milk.
- Add in the pudding and mix on low speed or whisk until smooth and thickened (mixture will be fairly thick).
- Using a spatula mix in the thawed Cool Whip topping until completely blended.
- Spread over cake.
