BAKED FRENCH TOAST CASSEROLE
Perfect for a Mother's Day brunch or even dessert! This was originally a very rich recipe that I found on the internet so I tried to tweak it to lower the fat. So yummy.

FRENCH TOAST CASSEROLE
Topped with cinnamon and sugar, this fuss-free overnight French toast casserole is my favorite way to make the breakfast favorite. Since you assemble this baked French toast the previous night, you save time in the morning, and if you have an extra hungry crowd, it's easy to bake up a few batches. -Sharyn Adams, Crawfordsville, Indiana

MAMA'S FRENCH TOAST CASSEROLE
My favorite breakfast dish from my childhood, and still is! My mother would make this for special occasions when we had a lot of family over, for Christmas or Thanksgiving or other holidays. The cream cheese and maple syrup with the french toast are a combination that pleases everyone. Prep it and leave it in the fridge overnight, then bake it in the morning. Just the smell of it will make your whole family smile!

GRANDMA B'S FRENCH TOAST CASSEROLE
This recipe is a family favorite. Grandma B made this every year on Christmas morning and it is now a tradition in my house. I make the casserole the night before and let it sit in the fridge over night. In the morning I pop it in the oven and cook up the bacon or sausage while it cooks. Super easy and super delish. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
