MARINATED AIR FRYER CHICKEN WINGS
Chicken wings marinated in a perfect blend of seasonings and air fried.

Steps:
- Make chicken marinade. In a big bowl or large zip lock bag, combine cayenne pepper, garlic powder, ground pepper, white vinegar, soy sauce, lime juice, dried oregano and salt.
- Add chicken wings in marinade and marinate for 4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Cover bowl with foil. After a few hours, toss chicken around.
- Set air fryer at 400 degrees F, preheat and cook chicken wings for 20-25 minutes. Depending on the model of air fryer, cooking time can vary slightly. Note: Before placing chicken, spray the air fry basket with oil. Also, discard marinade.
- Turn chicken wings halfway through cooking to brown and cook evenly.
- Serve with your favorite sides. Enjoy!

AIR FRYER MARINATED CHICKEN

- Combine orange juice, oil, 1 tablespoon pollo asado seasoning, vinegar, and garlic in a large container, or resealable plastic bag.
- Sprinkle remaining pollo asado seasoning on chicken. Add chicken to the marinade and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.
- Preheat an air fryer to 370 degrees F (180 degrees C).
- Drain off marinade from chicken.
- Air-fry until chicken is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 15 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). Serve immediately.

AIR-FRIED CHICKEN WINGS
Use an air fryer to make these easy chicken wings, and add the seasoning or sauce of your choice. They're perfect for a buffet or just a movie night snack

Steps:
- Separate each chicken wing in two at the joint, removing the wing tips if you like using sharp kitchen scissors. Toss the chicken wings in the oil and seasoning, then tip into an air fryer (you can either use one with a paddle, or arrange them on the tray of your air fryer if it doesn't have a paddle).
- Program the air fryer to cook for 35 mins. Check the wings are tender and cooked through - they should be almost falling off the bone - and cook for a further 5 mins if needed. The skin should have bubbled and crisped up, and any excess fat from the chicken will have dripped off into base of the fryer (discard this). Don't leave the chicken in the fryer, or the steam will make the skin soft again. Immediately tip into a bowl and serve with sauce for dipping.
