1 cup Nordica 1% Cottage Cheese
1 cup ice cubes
½ cup orange juice
½ cup cold water
1 small banana, cut into chunks
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon flax oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Place the mango, cottage cheese, ice cubes, orange juice, water, banana, honey, flax oil and vanilla in a blender. Blend for 2 minutes or until very smooth; serve immediately.

1/2 cup water
1/2 cup frozen mangoes
1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/4 teaspoon coconut extract
1 teaspoon shredded coconut - optional topping

Steps:

  • Add all ingredients together in a blender for about 10 seconds or until desired texture is reached.
  • Pour into 2 cups. Top with additional fruit and a sprinkle of shredded coconut and serve.

1 mango peeled, seeded, and chopped
2 frozen bananas
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup fresh carrot juice
1 cup dairy or dairy free yogurt or buttermilk
2 tablespoons wheat germ
1 cup ice
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
2 tablespoons carob mint spirulina (optional)
2 tablespoons flaxseeds or oil (optional)

Steps:

  • Blend all ingredients well and pour into a large, chilled glass. VARIATIONS If fresh mango is unavailable, simply soak dried mango for about 20 minutes in warm water to soften and hydrate it. Substitute, perhaps, fresh or frozen pineapple for the mango. Add, if you desire, some fresh coconut milk or coconut-pineapple juice, or orange-mango juice.
