1 (48 ounce) jar cooked great northern beans
1 1/2 lbs lean pork, cut into cubes
1/2 teaspoon salt
14 ounces ketchup
3 tablespoons prepared mustard
1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
1 medium size onion, chopped

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  • Combine all ingredients, mix gently but well.
  • Place into an ungreased casserole dish.
  • Bake uncovered for 5 hours, cover last hour.
