MINI GOAT CHEESE BALLS
Ten minutes is all you'll need to make this popular party snack of mini goat cheese balls, served on a pretzel stick. Use gluten-free pretzel sticks if necessary.

Steps:
- Mix all ingredients except pecans in a food processor until smooth.
- Using a small spoon or a small cookie scoop, scoop and roll small balls in the palm of your hand.
- Roll balls in finely chopped pecans.
- Insert a pretzel stick and serve immediately, or chill until ready to serve without the stick. If you insert the sticks too soon, they will become soggy.

- 1. place herbs, sesame seeds and nuts in 3 separate bowls. combine cheeses, garlic, onion, lemon zest, salt and pepper into a mixing bowl, mix. coat your hands with olive oil. roll mini balls in the palm of your hands. roll each ball into whatever bowl you desire. chill for at least 1 hour. serve with whatever suits your fansy. toast points, salame, fresh veggies, olives are always on point with these delectable balls. BTW, these are excellent on salads...ENJOY!!
