- Bake waffle fries according to package directions. In a large skillet, cook onions in butter and oil over medium heat for 10 minutes. Add the sugar, salt and pepper; cook 3-5 minutes longer or until onions are golden brown, stirring frequently., Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine beef and steak seasoning. Shape into 16 patties. Cook in a large skillet until a thermometer reads 160° and juices run clear, turning once., For sauce, in a double boiler or metal bowl over simmering water, constantly whisk the egg yolks, lemon juice and water until mixture reaches 160° or is thick enough to coat the back of a metal spoon. Reduce heat to low. Slowly drizzle in warm melted butter, whisking constantly., Top each waffle fry with a burger and cheese. Broil 4-5 in. from the heat for 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with onions and sauce.

- Shape beef into twelve 1-in. patties. Place on a microwave-safe plate lined with paper towels. Cover with another paper towel; microwave on high for 1 minute until meat is no longer pink. Cut each slice of cheese into fourths; set aside., Using a 1-in. round cookie cutter, cut out 6 circles from each slice of bread. Spread half the bread circles with dressing. Layer with burgers, cheese, onions, pickles and tomatoes. Top with remaining bread circles; secure with toothpicks.

- Mix meat and mustard just until blended; shape into 16 (1-1/2-inch) patties. Place on rack of broiling pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Broil, 6 inches from heat, 6 to 8 min. or until done (160ºF), turning after 4 min. Top with Singles pieces; broil 1 min. or until melted.

BBQ BURGER BITES

- HEAT grill to medium-high heat.
- MIX first 3 ingredients just until blended; shape into 8 (3-inch) patties.
- GRILL 3 to 5 min. on each side or until done (165 degrees F). Top with cheese; grill 1 min. or until melted. Meanwhile, grill buns, cut-sides down, until toasted.
- FILL buns with burgers.
- How to Portion Meat: Use a 1/4-cup (2-oz.) ice cream scoop to portion meat for each patty.
- KRAFT DELI DELUXE Process Bacon Cheddar is a pasteurized process cheddar cheese with bacon.
WEST COAST BURGER
Steps:
- Caramelized Onions: Heat the canola oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and cook until soft and lightly caramelized about 15 minutes. Add the mustard and a pinch of salt and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove the onions from the pan to a small bowl and set aside.
- Special Sauce: In a medium bowl combine all the ingredients and whisk until smooth.
- Burgers: Preheat the broiler to low.
- Form the ground meat mixture into 6 equal patties. Do not over handle or compress the patties, keep them loose. This will help create a tender burger. Over mixing and compacting will result in a tough heavy burger.
- Heat the canola oil a large heavy-bottomed skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl combine the salt, pepper and garlic powder and season the burgers generously with the mixture. Put the patties in the skillet and cook for 4 minutes. Flip and let cook for 1 minute, then top each patty with a piece of cheese. Cook for another 2 minutes until the cheese is melted and the burgers are medium.
- While the burgers are cooking, lightly brush the buns with melted butter and put them on a sheet pan. Broil until lightly toasted, about 2 minutes.
- To assemble, split the buns and spread each half with about a tablespoon of the special sauce. Put the burgers on the bottom half of each bun, top with caramelized onions, tomato and lettuce. Cover with the top half of the bun and serve.
MINI CHEESEBURGER BITES

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a medium baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- In a medium skillet over medium high heat, stir together ground beef, dry onion soup mix and dry minced onion. Cook until beef is evenly brown. Remove from heat, drain and stir in mayonnaise and Cheddar cheese.
- Slice tops off the dinner rolls. Arrange the rolls on the baking sheet. Spoon some of the ground beef mixture onto each roll. Garnish with pickle slices. Place tops back on rolls.

MINI BURGER BUNS RECIPE BY TASTY
If you're looking to go the extra mile and make hamburger buns from scratch, try out this recipe! It's easy and the results are impressive. After the buns come out of the oven, we brush them with melted butter to make them even more delicious. We turned these into mini buns, but if you want to make regular-sizes buns, just divide the dough into 8 equal portions and bake for 15-18 minutes instead.

- Add the lukewarm water to a 2-cup liquid measuring cup or medium bowl. Add the yeast and sugar and stir to combine. Let sit for 5-10 minutes, until frothy and doubled in volume.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour and salt. Add the butter, egg, and the yeast mixture and stir with a rubber spatula into a shaggy dough.
- Turn the dough out onto a clean surface and knead until smooth and soft, about 4 minutes. Place the dough in a clean large bowl lightly greased with nonstick spray and cover with a towel. Let rest until in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F ( 200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lightly grease a clean surface and place the dough on top. Pat down with your hands to about ¼-inch thick. Use a ¾-inch (2-cm) round cutter to cut out small circles. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter, then bake for 7-10 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
- Remove the buns from the oven and brush with more melted butter while they are still warm. Let cool for at least 5 minutes before serving.
- Enjoy!
