This Mint Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Dip recipe is a quick and easy dip that's great for parties. It comes together in just 5 minutes!

8 ounces cream cheese (at room temperature)
⅓ cup powdered sugar (sifted)
¼ teaspoon peppermint extract
8 ounces cool whip (I used the extra creamy variety)
1/8 teaspoon Wilton green gel coloring
1 cup Nestle DelightFulls Chocolate & Mint filled morsels (plus a few more for garnish)

Steps:

  • In the bowl of a stand mixer, or in a large bowl using hand beaters, beat the cream cheese on medium speed until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Add the powdered sugar and peppermint extract, and beat on low until combined. Increase speed to medium and beat 1 minute. Add the cool whip and green gel coloring and beat on low until combined and the color is uniform. Fold in the filled morsels.
  • Pour mixture into your serving dish and top with additional filled morsels for garnish. Serve immediately, or cover and return to the refrigerator before serving.

3-1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp. peppermint extract
2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
2 Tbsp. sprinkles

Steps:

  • Beat cream cheese, sugar and extract with mixer until blended. Roll into 30 balls, using about 1 Tbsp. for each. Place on parchment-covered baking sheet; flatten slightly.
  • Freeze 10 min. or until firm.
  • Melt chocolate as directed on package. Dip mints, 1 at a time, in chocolate, turning to evenly coat both sides of each mint; return to baking sheet. Top with sprinkles. Let stand 3 hours or until firm.

1/2 tsp mint extract
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 Cup heavy whipping cream
1 Cup powdered sugar
1 - 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
mint green food coloring
3/4 Cup chocolate chips (mini )

Steps:

  • Using a hand mixer, beat together the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, vanilla and mint extract and beat on medium to high speed until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy and smooth
  • Combine the whipped cream in with the cream cheese and fold with a rubber spatula until smooth
  • Mix in a few drops of the green food coloring until combined
  • Fold in the chocolate chips
  • Place into the fridge until ready to serve
  • Serve with cookies, graham crackers, and fruit

1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon peppermint extract
½ cup crushed Andes Mints
½ cup dark chocolate chips
1/8 teaspoon green gel food coloring (depending on how green you want)
Vanilla Wafers
Milanos
Brownie Brittle
animal crackers
pretzels
graham crackers
Pirouline cookies

Steps:

  • Add heavy cream to a mixing bowl and beat on high until peaks form. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, with a hand mixer, cream the cream cheese and granulated sugar together. Mix until all combined.
  • Add peppermint extract and food coloring. Mix until you have desired uniform color.
  • Add the whipped cream and fold in with a spatula.
  • Once the whipped cream has been all incorporated, add the Andes mints and chocolate chips. Mix until they are uniform throughout the dip.
  • Place in the fridge for 15 minutes (this helps to harden the dip and is easier to scoop).
  • Serve it with vanilla wafers, pretzels, Pirouline cookies, etc. Enjoy!
