- In the bowl of a stand mixer, or in a large bowl using hand beaters, beat the cream cheese on medium speed until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add the powdered sugar and peppermint extract, and beat on low until combined. Increase speed to medium and beat 1 minute. Add the cool whip and green gel coloring and beat on low until combined and the color is uniform. Fold in the filled morsels.
- Pour mixture into your serving dish and top with additional filled morsels for garnish. Serve immediately, or cover and return to the refrigerator before serving.

- Beat cream cheese, sugar and extract with mixer until blended. Roll into 30 balls, using about 1 Tbsp. for each. Place on parchment-covered baking sheet; flatten slightly.
- Freeze 10 min. or until firm.
- Melt chocolate as directed on package. Dip mints, 1 at a time, in chocolate, turning to evenly coat both sides of each mint; return to baking sheet. Top with sprinkles. Let stand 3 hours or until firm.

- Using a hand mixer, beat together the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, vanilla and mint extract and beat on medium to high speed until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy and smooth
- Combine the whipped cream in with the cream cheese and fold with a rubber spatula until smooth
- Mix in a few drops of the green food coloring until combined
- Fold in the chocolate chips
- Place into the fridge until ready to serve
- Serve with cookies, graham crackers, and fruit

- Add heavy cream to a mixing bowl and beat on high until peaks form. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, with a hand mixer, cream the cream cheese and granulated sugar together. Mix until all combined.
- Add peppermint extract and food coloring. Mix until you have desired uniform color.
- Add the whipped cream and fold in with a spatula.
- Once the whipped cream has been all incorporated, add the Andes mints and chocolate chips. Mix until they are uniform throughout the dip.
