MINT CHOCOLATE COVERED OREOS
Mint Chocolate Covered Oreos are the PERFECT combo of sweet and crunchy, made with mint Oreos dipped in melted chocolate and covered in green sprinkles!

Steps:
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave, stirring between 30 second increments. Stir in peppermint extract.
- Use a fork to dip the Oreos in the chocolate, scraping the excess chocolate off of the fork. Place the Oreos on parchment paper to harden.
- Use the rest of the chocolate in a piping bag, squeezing over the Oreos, then topping with sprinkles. Let the Oreos rest until fully hardened.

MINT CHOCOLATE COVERED OREOS

- Place wax paper or aluminum foil on a work surface. Place a cooling rack over the paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate in 30 second increments, stirring between each heating. Once the chocolate is melted, stir in peppermint extract.
- Dip each cookie into the mint chocolate, coating all sides evenly. Lightly scrape the bottom of one side of the Oreo against the bowl to prevent excess dripping. Place on cooling rack to dry. Should you see imperfections in your chocolate-covered cookie, dip your finger into the chocolate, then dab the chocolate onto the imperfect surface like a chocolate band-aid.
- Repeat process with 4 more cookies, then decorate with sea salt or drizzle with white chocolate. You'll want to do this each time you coat 5 cookies in chocolate so the toppings stick to the chocolate before it hardens.
- Continue dipping and decorating until you finish 20 cookies! Allow to cool, then eat! Cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 week.

- Place the milk, Chocolate Syrup, banana, and ice cream in a blender and mix by using the on/off pulse function until the ingredients are mostly blended. Continue mixing, gradually increasing the speed, until the mixture is smooth. Add the cookies and pulse to blend. CHOCOLATE MINT OREO FUDGE

Steps:
- Line a 9 x 9 inch baking pan with foil. Lightly spray with non stick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl add the white chips, marshmallow creme, food coloring, and mint extract. Set bowl aside.
- Chop the Oreo cookies just until coarsely chopped. Set aside 3/4 cup of the chopped cookies in a smaller bowl to sprinkle on the finished fudge.
- In a saucepan add the butter, sugar, and whipping cream. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Continue to cook and stir constantly for 5 more minutes after it comes to a boil.
- Pour this hot butter mixture into the bowl with the white chips and marshmallow creme. Combine well with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy. Be sure all of the chips are melted.
- Fold in the bigger bowl of chopped Oreos.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, spread evenly in the pan.
- Add the smaller bowl of chopped Oreos and sprinkle over the top of the fudge. Press in gently.
- Let cool for about 2 hours. Place in fridge if you want it to set up quicker.
- After it has set up, lift the fudge out of the pan by grasping the foil edges.
- Remove foil and slice fudge and serve.
