Steps:
- Soak rice in 4-5 cups of water for 10-15 minutes.
- Put 3 cups of water in a pot.
- Bring to a boil.
- Once it boils, drain water from the rice and transfer the rice to this pot containing the boiling water.
- When it is half cooked, drain the excess water and allow to cool.
- Pour half a cup of oil into a non-stick skillet.
- Add ajinomoto.
- Once the oil is hot, pour the beaten egg into it.
- Stir well to make it into small pieces.
- Add chicken pcs.
- and cooked prawns to it.
- Stir well.
- Add salt.
- Add pepper powder to taste.
- Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add carrots, beans and soya sauce.
- Cook until it is half cooked.
- Add capsicum and spring onion.
- Mix well.
- Add rice, a little at a time, and mix in slowly.
- Lower flame, cover pot with a lid, and cook for 2 minutes.
- Remove from flame.
- Serve hot.

- Heat 1 tablespoon of butter into a large skillet.Add the eggs and scramble until fully cooked. Remove them from the pan and set aside.
- Add the remaining tablespoon of butter into the pan. Add carrots and onion to the pan and cook until tender, 3-4 minutes. Stir in garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Add in the cold rice and peas and sauté for 3-4 minutes. The rice should brown up a bit.
- Add the eggs back to the pan and stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil. Cook for 1-2 minutes to heat through.Serve immediately with green onions for garnish, if desired.

Steps:
- To begin with Asian Style Mixed Fried Rice, firstly heat oil in a wok. Add chopped garlic and fry until the raw smell of garlic vanishes.
- Add chopped spring onion white bulbs and toss for about 30 seconds.
- After 30 seconds, add carrots and corn, toss well for another 30 seconds.
- Add green pepper, peanut butter, soya sauce, red chili paste, rice vinegar and mix well. Saute it for about 40-50 seconds and make sure everything is mixed properly.
- Add spring onion greens and season with salt and pepper. Once it is done, add 2 tablespoon of crushed peanut, mix well.
- At the end, add the cooked rice and toss it well. Garnish this delicious rice recipe with some spring onion greens and crushed peanuts.
- Serve Asian Style Mixed Fried Rice with Vegetarian Thai Red Curry and Thai Spicy Corn & Green Papaya Salad.
