1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1-1/2 pounds dark chocolate candy coating, coarsely chopped

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, cream the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Gradually add flour, alternately with milk, beating well after each addition. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts. , Shape into 1-in. balls; place on waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Loosely cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until firm., In a microwave, melt candy coating; stir until smooth. Dip balls in coating; allow excess to drip off. Place on waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Refrigerate until firm, about 15 minutes. If desired, remelt remaining candy coating and drizzle over candies. Store in the refrigerator.

1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup semisweet mini chocolate morsels
1 cup finely chopped pecans
1 1/2 pounds chocolate bark candy coating, melted

Steps:

  • In a large bowl cream butter and brown sugar with an electric mixer at medium speed until creamy. Add vanilla. Gradually beat in flour and add milk. Add chocolate morsels and pecans, mixing well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on waxed paper; chill 2 hours.
  • Melt chocolate bark candy coating in a double boiler. Using 2 forks, dip cookie balls into candy coating to cover. Place on waxed paper and chill to set. Store in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

100g unsalted butter
180g light brown soft sugar
1tsp vanilla extract
120g plain flour
200g dark or milk chocolate, 50g finely chopped, the rest broken up
60g white chocolate, broken up

Steps:

  • Beat the butter and sugar together in a stand mixer until well combined, then add the vanilla and flour. Beat in the finely chopped dark or milk chocolate. Roll spoonfuls of the dough into balls using your hands (about 15g each), then transfer to a tray or plate and chill for at least 1 hr. You should have about 30 balls.
  • Put the remaining dark or milk chocolate in a heatproof bowl and melt in the microwave in short bursts. Lower each truffle into the melted chocolate using a fork, coat well and put on a tray lined with baking parchment. Chill for 1 hr. Melt the white chocolate as you did the dark, then drizzle over the truffles. Sprinkle with a little sea salt, then chill for 30 mins more, or until ready to eat or package. Will keep in the fridge for up to one week.

1 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter (or margarine, room temperature)
¾ cup granulated sugar
¾ cup brown sugar (packed)
1 teaspoon vanilla
⅓ cup skim milk
⅓ cup mini M&Ms
2 cups Hershey's Milk Chocolate Chips

Steps:

  • BEAT BUTTER AND SUGARS AND IN LARGE BOWL WITH ELECTRIC MIXER ON MEDIUM SPEED UNTIL LIGHT AND FLUFFY. ADD MILK AND VANILLA. STIR IN FLOUR AND SALT AND MIX ON LOW SPEED (OR BY HAND) UNTIL INCORPORATED. STIR IN M&MS.
  • COVER AND CHILL DOUGH FOR 1 HOUR.
  • WHEN DOUGH IS FIRM ENOUGH TO HANDLE (IT MAY HELP TO LIGHTLY FLOUR YOUR HANDS), FORM DOUGH INTO 1" BALLS AND ARRANGE ON A BAKING SHEET LINED WITH WAXED PAPER. PLACE SHEETS IN FREEZER AND LET CHILL FOR 30 MINUTES.
  • MELT CHOCOLATE CHIPS IN MICROWAVE STIRRING EVERY 30 SECONDS UNTIL IT IS COMPLETELY MELTED. USING FORKS OR A DIPPING TOOL, DIP COOKIE BALLS INTO CHOCOLATE TO COVER. TAP FORK ON SIDE OF PAN TO REMOVE ANY EXCESS COATING, AND RETURN TO WAXED PAPER-LINED BAKING SHEETS. CHILL UNTIL SET. These Cookie Dough Truffles are easy to make, safe to eat, and totally addictive! These chocolate covered treats perfect for parties, game days, or to satisfy cravings any time of the day or night.

3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
1 cup light brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
½ cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon kosher salt
2 cups mini chocolate chips
12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon coconut oil

Steps:

  • Spread the flour out on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees F for 5 to 6 minutes, this should get the flour to a temperature of 160 degrees F and kill any bacteria.
  • In a large bowl with a hand mixer or stand mixer, cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  • Scrape down the sides and add vanilla and heavy cream.
  • Scrape down the sides again and add flour and salt and mix until combined, fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  • Line two large baking sheets with wax paper. Then use a medium cookie scoop to scoop balls of dough and roll them between your palms, place them a couple of inches apart on the baking sheet. Place in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  • Add chocolate chips and coconut oil to a medium bowl and melt on 30-second intervals, stirring after each one, until fully melted.
  • Use a fork to dip the cookie dough balls in the chocolate, set the ball on the fork and use a spoon to help coat the balls. Use a toothpick or skewer to help slide the ball off the fork after covering and back onto the waxed paper.
  • After all of the balls are coated, place back in the fridge for about 30 minutes until chocolate has set.

1 box brownie mix, prepared according to package instructions
½ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons milk
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ cup mini chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Flip the prepared brownies onto a cutting board. Using a rolling pin, roll out the brownies to about ¼-inch (6.5 mm) thickness. Cut into 16 equal squares.
  • On a small baking sheet, bake the flour at 350˚F (180˚C) for 5 minute to kill potential bacteria.
  • In a large bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, butter, milk, vanilla, salt, and chocolate chips. Mix well and freeze for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
