Ingredients

1 can (10.75 ounce size) cream of mushroom soup
1 can (10.5 ounce size) chicken with rice soup
1/4 cup mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
3/4 pound cooked chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
8 slices Velveeta cheese, cut up
1/4 cup orzo pasta (uncooked)
1 package (10 ounce size) frozen broccoli florets, thawed
Topping
1/3 cup fine bread crumbs
1 1/2 tablespoon melted butter

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8 x 10 inch baking dish; set aside. Mix soups and mayonnaise together. Combine the cut-up chicken breast, cheese and uncooked orzo with the soup mixture. Spread the broccoli evenly on bottom of baking dish. Pour the soup mixture over broccoli. Mix together the topping ingredients and sprinkle over top. Cover baking dish, place in oven and bake for 40 minutes, or until broccoli and orzo are tender.
