HAMBURGER CASSEROLE WITH RICE
This creamy, cheesy Hamburger Casserole with Rice is an old-fashioned, easy dinner with just 15 minutes of prep! Perfect for busy weeknights!

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
- Cook beef and onion in a large skillet over medium-high heat until meat is no longer pink (about 5-7 minutes). Drain.
- In a separate bowl, stir together condensed soups, milk, salt, chives, pepper and garlic powder.
- Add cooked rice, soup mixture and vegetables to the cooked beef. Stir to combine. Transfer to prepared baking dish. Sprinkle cheese over top.
- In a small bowl, toss together Corn Flakes crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle over top of the casserole.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

AMISH HAMBURGER CASSEROLE {SOUR CREAM NOODLE BAKE}
This Amish hamburger casserole is a comforting sour cream noodle bake that the whole family will love!

- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish; set aside.
- Cook noodles in a pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until just barely al dente, about 5-6 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Meanwhile, in a large bowl, stir together softened cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, and melted butter. Set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. When the oil shimmers, add the ground beef, onion, and bell pepper. Cook until the meat is no longer pink and the onion is translucent, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato soup, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Place ½ of the cooked noodles in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Top with ½ of the cream cheese mixture and ½ of the meat mixture. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients. Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through.
- Garnish with fresh herbs, if desired, and serve!

HAMBURGER CASSEROLE
This hamburger casserole is a hit at my house. Uses only four ingredients so it is a simple recipe to put together.

Steps:
- Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain.
- While cooking the noodles, in a frying pan, cook the hamburger until no longer pink. (If you are using salt and pepper, add it while cooking the hamburger).
- Pour cooked noodles in a greased 9x13 baking dish.
- Stir the cooked hamburger and tomato soup with the noodles. I just stir everything in the pan. I also sometimes add 1/2 cup of water to the mixture for a little more moisture. Completely optional.
- Sprinkle cheese over casserole and cover with foil.
- Bake in a 375* oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for 10 minutes longer.
- Can bake under broiler for 3-5 minutes to brown cheese, if desired.
- Note: If you want to use 2 cups of one kind of cheese (example: mozzarella) instead of the combination, you canDried onion and garlic powder is completely optional and can be adjusted to your family's tastes

My Mother in Andrews N.C. has made this recipe for years. She makes it every when any of the family may get together. This is my take on this Family Favorite. She calls it her version of baked beans. I never take any home when I take this to any family get together or church socials.

- In a skillet brown off ground beef and drain
- put ground beef in a slow cooker with the rest of ingredients and stir together.
- Place lid on and cook on low for 6 hours.
- If you want to make this a one dish meal you can add the macaroni during the last 30 min of cooking.
- Make a great main dish , side dish or covered dish to serve at church or any social gathering .
- It's also even better the next day !

- Preheat oven to 350.
- Add ground beef and onions to skillet and fully cook.
- Cook shells in a pot of water.
- Drain water out and mix in cheese.Set aside.
- Drain ground beef and add cream of chicken soup and garlic to the skillet with the beef. Simmer on low for 5 minutes.
- Layer ground beef and shells and cheese in a casserole dish, starting with the beef. Between each layer add a little shredded cheese.

- Brown ground beef,onion, garlic,S&P. Drain beef,return to pan add tomato sauce bring to boil turn to low and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Boil noodles according to package directions.
- In a medium bowl mix cream cheese, sour cream and onions to combine.
- Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- Lightly cover bottom of pan with some of the meat mixture. Begin layering starting with noodle, meat than dollop the top of meat mixture with cream cheese mixture. Repeat layers ending with meat mixture.
- Bake covered 350 for 45 to 50 minutes or until bubbly and hot in middle. Uncover sprinkle with cheddar and parmasean cheeses return to oven continue to bake uncovered until cheese is melted.
GRANNY'S HAMBURGER CASSEROLE
This is a recipe from my husbands granny. I'm not sure where it originated, but I know it is one of our family favorites! I have substituted low fat cheddar cheese before, and my family never could tell the difference.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a dutch oven, brown hamburger meat. Drain off fat.
- In the dutch oven, top meat with all of the sliced onions, then the potatoes.
- Salt the potatoes.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Combine soup and soup can of water in a bowl and blend with spoon until smooth. Spread soup mixture over the cheese.
