Muskmelon and Mint Juice image

3 cups chilled and roughly chopped muskmelon (kharbooja)
3 tbsp chilled and finely chopped mint leaves (phudina)
mint sprig
4 ice cubes

Steps:

  • MethodBlend the muskmelon in a mixer to a smooth purée, add the mint leaves and mix well.Pour equal quantities of the juice into 4 individual glasses and garnish with a mint sprig.Top with 1 ice cube in each glass and serve immediately.
