NEIMAN MARCUS CAKE II

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 13x9 inch baking pan.
• Combine the yellow cake mix, 2 of the eggs, and the butter or margarine mix well. The batter should be stiff. Spread the batter into the prepared pan.
• Combine the cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and the remaining 2 eggs. Mix well and pour over the top of the cake batter.
• Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 35 minutes.

Steps:

• Mix crust ingredients and press into 9x13" cake pan.
• With mixer mix powdered sugar, butter and cream cheese until combined.
• Fold pecans into filling mixture.
• Pour filling over crust.
• Bake 1 hr to 1 hr 15 min at 300 degrees.
• Let bars cool and cut into squares.

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350°F (325°F if using a dark pan). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan or line with parchment paper.
• Using an electric mixer, combine the cake mix, 2 eggs, and melted butter. The batter will be thick. Spread into the bottom of the greased pan with a rubber spatula.
• Reuse the bowl (no need to clean) to combine the cream cheese, 2 eggs, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Pour over the top of the cake batter.
• Bake for 35 minutes. Allow to cool completely and then slice and serve.

Steps:

• Mix cake, butter, and eggs together. Spread in greased pan. Mix topping ingredients in large bowl. Pour over 1st layer and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Steps:

• Mix together cake mix, 1 stick melted butter and 1 egg. Press into a greased 9 x 13 Pyrex dish.
• Mix together remaining ingredients, except pecans, and pour over crust and spread. Top with chopped pecans.
• Bake in a 300 degrees F oven for 1 hour. Cool 1 hour before cutting, but best if it sits in refrigerator for 24 hours before serving to let the flavors blend. Set out for 1/2 hour before serving to soften a little, cut and serve!!

NEIMAN MARCUS SNICKERDOODLE BARS

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease one 13 x 9 inch pan.
• In bowl, combine cake mix, 2 eggs, melted butter and 2 tablespoons cinnamon. Spread in bottom of pan.
• In a second bowl, beat with electric mixer the powdered sugar, remaining eggs, cream cheese and remaining cinnamon until smooth. Spread on top of crust mixture.
• Bake 35-40 minutes until edges are brown and center set (it will still be slightly wobbly in the middle). Cool on counter 30 minutes, then refrigerate covered minimum 2 hours and up to 2 days.
