1 lb Pork Belly
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Paprika
Your Favorite BBQ Sauce

Steps:

  • Slice pork belly into cube size pieces.
  • Place pork belly in a bowl and add salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
  • Place pork belly in the air fryer skin side facing down. Set temperature at 350F and cook for 25 minutes.
  • Flip pork belly with skin side facing up. Cook for another 10 minutes at 400F.
  • Drizzle some BBQ sauce and mix until well covered. Serve warm.

2 Bone-in Pork Chops, 1/2 inch thickness
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper

Steps:

  • Rub the oil on both sides of the pork chops.
  • In a small bowl add the seasoning ingredients and mix until incorporated. Season chops on both sides.
  • Place them in the air fryer basket or if using the Ninja Foodi, use the metal rack on the highest setting.
  • Air Fry/Crisp at 360°F for 14 minutes, flipping over at the half-way mark. *see note

Ninja Foodi Recipe: Crispy Pork Carnitas image

These Crispy Pork Carnitas are made in the Ninja Foodi in less than 1 hour. Pressure cook them to tender and crisp them up all in one device.

2 lbs pork butt (chopped into 2 inch pieces)
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 orange (cut in half)
1 yellow onion (peeled and cut in half)
6 garlic cloves (peeled and crushed)
1/2 cup chicken broth

Steps:

  • Place pork, salt, oregano, and cumin in Ninja Foodi pressure cook insert. Combine making sure the seasonings are covering the pork.
  • Take the orange and squeeze the juices over the pork. Put the squeezed orange in the insert, along with the onion, garlic cloves, and ½ cup chicken broth.
  • Cover the Ninja Foodi with the pressure cooker cover, ensuring the valve is set to seal. Set the Ninja Foodi to High Pressure and cook for 20 minutes.
  • Once the 20 minute timer is complete, do a quick release by switching the valve to vent. Once all the pressure is released, open the lid and remove the orange, onion, and garlic cloves.
  • Set the Ninja Foodi to satué and select md:hi. The liquid will begin to simmer. Allow the liquid to cook until it reduces, about 10-15 minutes.
  • Once the majority of the liquid has reduced, press stop on the Ninja Foodi and then close the Ninja Foodi Air Crisp lid.
  • Select Broil and adjust the time to 8 minutes.
  • Once complete, use the crispy delicious meat in tacos, bowls, sandwiches, wraps, etc. Top with cilantro or any of your favorite toppings.

  • Cut pork belly slices into bite sized pieces with scissors

1 piece whole pork hock (pata)
3 pieces dried bay leaves
2 pieces star anise
1 piece onion (wedged)
3 cloves garlic (crushed)
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon whole peppercorn
3 tablespoons cooking oil
Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Combine pork hock, garlic, bay leaves, star anise, whole peppercorn, onion, and salt in a wide cooking pot. Add water until the pork hocks are fully submerged. Cover and let it boil. Adjust heat to low and continue boiling for 60 to 90 minutes or until the pork gets tender.
  • Remove pork hock from the pot. Let it cool down. Rub vinegar all over followed by salt and ground black pepper. Let it air dry for at least 6 hours (note: you may also soak it under the sun or dehydrate in the air fryer for 3 hours).
  • Rub cooking oil all over the pork hock. Place it in an air fryer and air-fry at 450F for 15 minutes. Adjust the temperature to 350F and continue air frying for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the air fryer and arrange in a serving plate. Serve with spicy vinegar dipping sauce.

1 kg (2.2 lb) pork roast
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp sea salt

Steps:

  • Remove the pork from any packaging and dry with some paper towels.
  • Score the skin with a sharp knife. Most butchers will do this for you.
  • Rub the skin with olive oil and salt.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
  • Place the pork into the air fryer skin side up.
  • Cook for 30 minutes.
  • Turn the air fryer down to 180°C (350°F) and cook for 40 minutes.
  • Depending on the weight of the pork, you may need to cook it for longer. Add roughly 30 minutes for every extra 500g (1.1 lb). The internal temperature of the pork should be at least 65°C (150°F).
  • Allow to rest for ten minutes.
  • Serve & Enjoy.
