APPLE CRISP DELIGHT IN THE PRESSURE COOKER NINJA FOODI

Steps:
- Peel your apples and cut into bite size chunks.
- Place on the bottom of your pressure cooker.NOTES: Please be sure to spray lightly the bottom of pot with non-stick cooking spray.
- Sprinkle apples with cinnamon, nutmeg and maple syrup.
- Pour water over mixture.
- In a separate bowl, melt your butter. Mix oats, butter, flour, brown sugar and salt in bowl.
- Drop your mixture on top of the apples, water and syrup that are in the pressure cooker. Be sure to cover mixture evenly.Secure the lid, turn to seal.
- Hit manual for 5 minutes, High pressure
- Let your pot NPR (Natural pressure release). After natural release, this is where you can then lower a crisper lid (if you have the Ninja Foodi), set on Air Crisp at 375 for 4-5 minutes. Let combination sit for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve immediately. Don't forget a scoop of vanilla ice cream to go with!
AIR FRYER APPLE CRISP
Steps:
- Peel apples and dice them into small pieces. Put these in a bowl.
- Add your top 6 ingredients into the bowl and stir so all apples are well coated and flour is mixed in. (optional raisins, cranberries and even crushed walnuts can go in now)
- Divide this mixture into your 2 oven safe 18 oz. mugs or ramekins. Pour your 1 tbsp of apple cider or water on top. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl add your softened butter (if from fridge put in microwave for 30 seconds), sugar, remaining brown sugar, oats, remaining cinnamon and flour. Use a spoon or fork to mix together well so all ingredients are incorporated well.
- Spoon this evenly across the top of your 2 18 oz. mugs and cover them both with foil.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees for 4 minutes.
- Set foil covered mugs into air fryer basket and close. Continue cooking at 350 degrees for 16 minutes.
- Then open and remove foil, discard. Continue air frying at 350 degrees for 3 more minutes to lightly brown the tops.
- DO NOT open for 5 minutes once it is done, allow to sit in there to continue cooking for this time.
- Use pot holders to remove (HOT, HOT) and place on a cool plate to serve. Can top with ice cream and caramel sundae syrup if desired.

- Pour 1 cup water to inner pot of a large multi-cooker. In a large bowl, combine apples, sugar, flour and cinnamon. Spoon into a greased 2-qt. baking dish. In a small bowl, whisk eggs, cream and vanilla; pour over apple mixture. , Tightly cover dish with foil to prevent moisture from getting inside. Cut two 20x3-in. strips of heavy-duty foil; crisscross so they resemble an "X." Place dish in center of "X" shape. Using the foil strips as handles, lower dish into inner pot. Lock pressure lid. Press pressure function; select bake setting. Press timer; set to 25 minutes. Start., Let pressure release naturally for 10 minutes; quick-release any remaining pressure., In small bowl, combine cracker crumbs, pecans and butter; sprinkle over top. Cover with air frying lid. Press air fry function; select bake setting. Press timer; set to 7 minutes. Start. Cook until topping is lightly browned. Serve warm, with ice cream if desired.
