AIR FRYER SCRAMBLED EGGS (NINJA FOODI)

Steps:
- Coat an oven safe bowl or pan with the butter and let the remaining butter stand in the bottom of the bowl.
- In a separate bowl, Mix eggs and cream well and stir in cheese.
- Pour Mixture into the buttered pan and place it in your air fryer basket or trivet..
- Cook at 350 for 10 minutes and then carefully stir eggs around.
- Cook 5 minutes and stir again. Carefully loosing eggs from side and pulling raw egg to the top.
- Cook for another 5 minutes and stir. If eggs are still runny, cook for an additional two minutes.

NINJA FOODI EGG BITES

Steps:
- In a glass measuring cup, beat together the eggs with the half and half.
- Mix in the bell pepper and onion along with the meat of choice.
- Add desired salt and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly into the silicone mold, stopping just below the top of the mold.
- Top with cheese if preferred, before or after cooking.
- Place the mold carefully into the air crisp basket of the Ninja Foodi.
- Place the basket back into the pot of the Ninja Foodi.
- Cook using the Air Crisp function at 390*F for 8-12 minutes.
- Check these during the 8-12 minute mark to get to your desired doneness.
- Once done, let sit for about 3-5 minutes to cool in the pot of the Ninja Foodi.
- Carefully using the mitts remove the basket of the Ninja Foodi and flip the mold out of the basket onto a cutting board.
- Carefully release the eggs from the mold and serve. If any get stuck, use a spoon to release them.
- Serve.

Steps:
- Place 4 silicone cupcake holder into your air fryer basket. Crack 1 egg into each one, then add 1 tsp milk into each one.
- Top each one off with some diced onions, green pepper, bacon bits and cheese. Sprinkle a bit of salt and pepper on the top.
- Air fry at 300 degrees for 10-13 minutes or until lightly browned on top and enjoy!

Steps:
- Place the pot inside the Ninja Foodi with the 1 cup of water, then add in the wire rack.
- Carefully place the eggs in the Ninja Foodi.
- Secure the pressure cooker lid to the Ninja Foodi and set the nozzle to 'seal'.
- Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
- Naturally, release the pressure for 5 minutes.
- While this is releasing, prepare a bowl of ice water for the ice bath.
- Once they have released for 5 minutes, place the eggs in the ice bath for 5 minutes.
- Peel and serve or store in the fridge for up to a week.
