No-Bake Nutella Pie - Every part of this pie is no-bake, including the crust! So rich, creamy and decadent!

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (crumbs, about 9 graham cracker sheets)
7 tablespoons butter (melted and cooled)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (ground)
1/4 cup light brown sugar (lightly packed)
2 packages cream cheese (8 ounces, softened at room temperature)
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
2/3 cup Nutella
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
8 ounce cool-whip (softened and creamy at refrigerator temperature)
extra Nutella and whipped cream (to garnish and serve)

Steps:

  • Pulse the graham crackers in a food processor until they are crumbs. Pour into a medium-sized bowl. Whisk in the melted butter, light brown sugar, and cinnamon together with the graham crackers.
  • Pour the crust mixture into a 9-inch pie pan and press the mixture all around the pan. Make sure the crust is compacted together and even all around. Place the crust into the refrigerator to set for 1 hour.
  • Prepare the filling by beating together the cream cheese and confectioners sugar in a stand mixer on medium-speed. Add in the Nutella and cocoa powder. Fold in the cool-whip.
  • Pour the filling mixture on top of the crust and spread evenly with a plastic spatula. Place the pie into the refrigerator and allow it to set for 2-3 hours.
  • Slice and serve with Nutella and whipped cream.

t would be impossible to over exaggerate how delicious this pie no bake Nutella Pie is. It's simply magical, both in taste, and the fact that it takes only 5 minutes of active preparation time. My friends thought that this pie tastes similar to chocolate silk pie - but its so much easier to make.

2 ½ cups Heavy Whipping Cream
¼ cup Granulated Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
8 ounces Cream Cheese (I used reduced fat)
1 cup of Nutella
1 cup Powdered Sugar
2 store-bought Graham Cracker Pie Crusts
1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
2 tablespoons Powdered Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Steps:

  • Pour the whipping cream into the bowl of an electric mixer. Add the granulated sugar and vanilla. Beat on a higher speed until the cream is at the same stiffness you would want for whipped cream.
  • Add the cream cheese, Nutella, and powdered sugar and mix until well incorporated.
  • Pour the pie filling into the pie crusts, and place the pies in the fridge to chill for 4 hours, or put them in the freezer for an hour.
  • Just before serving, make some whipped cream. Place the whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a bowl of an electric mixer. Beat on a medium speed until medium peaks form. Spread on top of the pie, and slice and serve.
