Steps:
- Line a 8 X 8-inch baking pan with parchment, so that you can easily remove the bars to evenly slice and remove them.
- In a medium bowl, melt the 5 tablespoons of butter in a microwave for about 30 seconds. Stir and melt for another 5-10 seconds, if necessary.
- In a food processor, pulse the Nilla Wafers until they are fine crumbs.
- Add the cookie crumbs to the melted butter and mix with a rubber spatula until all is well incorporated.
- Pour into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly into the pan, pressing down to create an even crust. Place pan into the freezer while preparing the rest of the recipe, a minimum of 30 minutes.
- Into a 2-cup measuring glass, mix the orange gelatin with 3/4 cup boiling water. Stir until dissolved.
- Add the 3/4 cup cold water and stir. Place into refrigerator until completely cooled, but not set - about 10 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, beat 8 ounces of the cream cheese with the sugar, orange extract and orange food coloring.
- Slowly pour in the chilled gelatin mix while mixing everything together. The slower you pour and allow time for it to blend, the smoother a consistency you'll get. Once completely smooth, place into refrigerator to chill and thicken for one hour. *See Note.
- In a mixing bowl, beat another 8 ounces of cream cheese, the confectioners' sugar, and vanilla together until smooth and creamy. With a rubber spatula, fold in one cup of the Cool Whip.
- Place dollops of cheesecake mixture onto the frozen crust and with an offset spatula, spread to form an even layer.
- with a rubber spatula, fold the remaining Cool Whip (about 2 cups) to the chilled Orange Cream mixture, combining until evenly distributed and smooth.
- Gently pour the Orange Cream onto the cheesecake layer and spread evenly with an offset spatula.
- Place into the refrigerator overnight or for a minimum of 6 hours.

ORANGE CREAMSICLE PIE
Steps:
- Gather the ingredients.
- Heavily grease a 7-inch tart pan with butter and set aside.
- Add the boiling water to the jello powder and stir to dissolve. Set aside to cool.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the graham cracker crumbs and sugar, and mix thoroughly. Once mixed, check to see the crumb will set by squeezing a little in your hand. It should hold together, but not be soggy. If it's too dry, it will need a little more butter; if too greasy, just add a touch more crumb.
- Using your hands, press the mixture into the greased tart pan, evenly across the bottom and up the sides. Using a flat-bottomed glass or cup, push the crumb down to create a firm crust. Place in the refrigerator to chill.
- Whip 1 1/4 cups of the cream with a hand or electric whisk until firm, but not stiff. Gently pour the jello, marmalade, and 1 tablespoon of the zest into the cream and stir carefully with a metal spoon until thoroughly mixed. Try not to flatten the cream.
- Carefully pour the mixture into the pie crust. Tap the pan on a work surface to release any air bubbles then place it in the freezer for about 1 hour. Once frozen, wrap in plastic wrap if you are not eating immediately.
- Remove the pie from the freezer at least 30 minutes before eating (or it will be too hard).
- Before serving, whip the remaining 1/4 cup cream and spoon or pipe in generous swirls onto each slice of pie; add a small slice of orange or a sprinkle of orange zest.
- Enjoy.

NO BAKE ORANGE CREAMSICLE PIE
This No Bake Orange Creamsicle Pie comes together quick and is flavored with orange and vanilla and tastes so much better than that creamsicle popsicle of your childhood! This pie works in either a graham crack crust or a sweet pie crust, but if I had to choose I'd pick the sweet pie crust. Use the graham crack crust if you're looking for an easy choice! This "icebox" pie is best keep chilled as long as possible. It is best served after being chilled in the freezer for about 30 - 60 minutes. You could also just keep it in the freezer right after it's made, and let it sit at room temperature until it's ready to slice, about 30 minutes.

- Add ⅓ of the whipped cream to the cream cheese mixture and fold it in with a rubber spatula by hand until it is completely combined.

- Pour the creamsicle filling in the prepared pie crust and smooth over the top.
- Place in the refrigerate to set up. It needs at least 4 hours chilling time, but preferably overnight or 12 hours. Right before serving, place in the freezer for about 30 - 60 minutes for the perfect texture.

- Mix orange juice and sweetened condensed milk together. If desired, add food coloring to make the pie a little more colorful. I know some of you are either allergic to food coloriong or simply choose not to use it. That's okay if you don't want to use it. The pie will still taste exactly the same but be a little lighter in color.
