BBQ PORK CHOPS
Barbecue pork chops, a grilling staple for all outdoor chefs, is delicious recipe when cooked properly.

Steps:
- Prepare the grill for high direct heat, preheating until it is ready. Oil the grates.
- Trim off excess fat and salt and pepper both sides of the pork chops.
- Add to grill over direct high heat with lid closed. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Turn pork chops over and continue grilling, lid closed, for another 1 minute.
- Reduce grill to medium low with a gas grill or move chops to a cooler portion of the charcoal grill.
- Brush a liberal amount of barbecue sauce on the chop and flip. Brush barbecue sauce on the upward side as well, so that all sides have been sauced.
- Cook for another 1 minute or until the internal temperature of the chop is 145° F.
- Remove from grill and let rest for about 5 minutes.

Steps:
- in a large sealable bag or covered bowl, add 1 quart water with salt and sugar. Slice lemon in half and squeeze juice in water and then drop lemons inches mix well.
- Add the pork chops.
- Marinate this for 1-2 hours in refrigerator.
- On a preheated grill add the pork chops and grill for around 5-8 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Add sauce if desired.

- Mix first four ingredients; reserve 1/3 cup sauce for serving. , Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper. Place on an oiled grill rack over medium heat. I got this recipe from Food Network, off of Paula Deen's show. The Neely's made some beautiful BBQ Pork Chops, and let me tell you, They are to die for!!! Give 'em a try, I'm sure you'll love them!!!

Steps:
- Mix 1 cup paprika, 3 1/2 tablespoons sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon onion powder in a small bowl. Apply to each pork chop.
- For the sauce: Combine all of the sauce ingredients in a large saucepan or Dutch oven.
- Over high heat, bring ingredients to a boil, stirring frequently to prevent sticking.
- Once sauce comes to a boil, reduce temperature to low and simmer, uncovered, for at least 2 hours.
- Place pork chops in a large freezer safe plastic bag. Pour 2 cups of Neely's BBQ sauce into bag. Marinate in refrigerator for 8 hours.
- Place pork chops on grill and cook until internal temperature is 160°F
- Reapply BBQ sauce to pork chops prior to serving.

- Preheat oven to 440 degrees F (227 degrees C).
- Whisk onion, ketchup, vinegar, honey, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and cayenne pepper together in a bowl until barbeque sauce is smooth.
- Place pork chops on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. Top each pork chop with 2 tablespoons barbeque sauce.
- Bake in the preheated oven until pork chops are cooked through, about 30 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
