1 1/2 ounces Bacardi Limon rum
1 teaspoon fresh squeezed lime juice
5 mint leaves
5 ounces sugarcane juice
Ice
3 ounces Bacardi Dark rum
1/2 ounce Dark Creme de Cocoa
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon lime juice
Ice
4 ounces mame pulp
8 ounces milk
1 to 2 tablespoons sugar, to taste
Ice

Steps:

  • Pour all ingredients into a glass over ice and shake. Strain into a Martini glass and garnish with mint leaves and lime wedge.
  • Pour all ingredients into a glass over ice and strain into a sugar-rimmed glass; garnish with a wedge of lime.
  • Yield: 1 serving
  • Pour all ingredients into a blender, and blend until milkshake consistency. Pour into a tall glass and serve.
  • Yield: 1 serving
