TRAIL MIX WITH HONEY-OATMEAL CLUSTERS

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. Mist a baking sheet with cooking spray. Toss the oats with 2 tablespoons water, the vegetable oil, wheat germ and honey. Form small clusters of the mixture on the baking sheet and bake until crisp, about 15 minutes.
- Add the mixed dried fruit to the baking sheet, sprinkle with the cinnamon and bake 3 to 5 more minutes. Let cool, then toss with the nuts, sunflower seeds, raisins, coconut and M&M's. Store in an airtight container.
TRAIL MIX BARS
These no-bake bars make a yummy snack that the entire family will love! If desired, you can substitute other nut butter for the peanut butter and other nuts and seeds for the sunflower seeds.

Steps:
- Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Mix crispy rice cereal, oat cereal rings, sunflower seeds, raisins, and chocolate chips together in a large bowl.
- Stir honey and brown sugar in a saucepan, place over high heat, and bring to a boil. Stir and boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth and well blended.
- Pour the hot peanut butter mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until all dry ingredients are moistened.
- Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish to make an even layer.
- Let cool and cut into bars.

- Melt peanut butter and honey together in the microwave, stirring every 15 seconds.
- Add oats, almonds, peanuts, and raisins into the bowl and mix until well coated. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
- Add chocolate candies and mix just until combined.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper and pour the cooled mixture into the pan. Press into the edges of the pan.
- Cool in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Cut and serve.
- Enjoy!

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line 3 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Beat butter and brown sugar together using an electric mixer in a mixing bowl until creamy. Add eggs and mix well. Mix in applesauce and vanilla extract until combined.
- Mix oats, whole wheat flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon together in a separate bowl. Stir butter mixture into flour mixture until well combined. Fold in raisins, coconut, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, and ground flax seed.
- Drop dough by rounded tablespoon onto the prepared baking pans, flattening slightly using a fork dipped in a glass of cold water.
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden and set, 11 to 13 minutes.

- In food processor, combine 1 cup old-fashioned oats and 1 cup pistachio nuts; pulse several times until blended but some chunks of pistachios remain.
- Add 1 container (5.3 oz) Yoplait® Greek 100 vanilla yogurt, 1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries, 1 tablespoon honey and 1/2 teaspoon salt; pulse several times until a soft dough forms. If necessary, scrape down sides of bowl.
- Place oat mixture in foil-lined loaf pan. Use back of spoon or rubber spatula to smooth into an even layer. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes or overnight.
- Remove bars from pan. Cut into 8 equal bars. Melt 2 oz (1/3 cup) white candy melts or coating wafers as directed on package. Drizzle over top of each bar. Store covered in refrigerator up to 3 days.
