- Add to a small bowl the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard powder, salt and black pepper and mix to combine.
- Spray a frying pan over a medium-high heat with spray oil, add the ground beef and onion and cook until brown.
- Add the spices, tomatoes, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce and sukrin and mix to coat.
- Stir in the penne pasta.
- Add the stock, bring to a boil, reduce heat slightly and allow to bubble for approx 12-14 minutes until pasta is cooked (add in more stock from the additional cup of stock if needed).
- Add chopped pickles and cheddar and stir until sauce is velvety and coats everything in the pan.

- In a large oven-safe pot, cook the ground beef on medium heat until no longer pink. Remove from heat and drain off any excess fat in a colander.
- Next, return to heat and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until combined.
- Add in the beef broth, canned tomatoes, tomato sauce, and ketchup. Turn the heat up to high and bring the pot to a boil.
- Once boiling, add in the macaroni noodles and cook for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally until the liquid has absorbed down some and the noodles are al dente.
- Next, lower the heat to medium-low and add in the mustard, milk, and 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until combined and place lid on the pot. Let sit for 5 minutes until the sauce has thickened and the cheese has completely melted.
- Remove lid and remove from heat. If desired, add an additional 1/2 cup of cheese on top and broil in the oven for 3 minutes until melted to a light golden brown.
- Top with chopped green onion or any additional toppings and enjoy!

- Heat olive oil in a large sturdy pot over medium heat. Add beef and brown well. Break up beef as it browns.
- Add onions and garlic to the pot and cook for 3-4 minutes until veggies are soft. Season mixture with oregano, mustard, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir in tomato paste.
- Add diced tomatoes and macaroni pasta. Stir to combine. Then add beef stock and water. Stir, cover, turn heat down to low, and simmer for 12 minutes.
- Check pasta. If it's still uncooked and the pot is dry, add another cup of water, cover, and simmer or another 2-3 minutes. Most likely though the pasta will be cooked through after 12 minutes.
- Season pasta mixture with salt and pepper. Add grated cheese to the top of the pasta, cover again, and let steam for 2-3 minutes until cheese is very melted.
- Top cheeseburger pasta with chopped scallions and serve while warm!

- Work to crumble the ground beef. Stir in garlic powder and smoked paprika.
