Here's what you need: rolled oats, unsweetened almond milk, plain greek yogurt, almond butter, honey, chia seed, cinnamon, peach

⅓ cup rolled oats
⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk, + ½ cup (120ml), optional
½ cup plain greek yogurt
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 teaspoon honey
½ teaspoon chia seed
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ peach, diced

Steps:

  • In a mason jar or sealable container, add the oats, almond milk, yogurt, almond butter, honey, chia seeds, cinnamon, and peaches. Make sure the oats and almond milk are at the bottom of the container so that they properly soak.
  • Seal and place in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Enjoy as is, or pour the ingredients into a blender with the additional almond milk and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture back into the mason jar and take your overnight oats on the go.
  • Enjoy!

In the smoothie in my picture, I made this using fat free banana cream pie yogurt with frozen strawberries for a Strawberry Banana Smoothie. It was great - but the possibilities are endless!   • Blend until smooth.

4 ounces light peach yogurt (I only use Dannon Light & Fit)
1 -2 teaspoon liquid honey
1/2 cup skim milk

Steps:

  • Place sliced bananas in the freezer for about 1/2 an hour, if desired. This will make the smoothie colder, but it's not crucial.
  • Add bananas, yogurt, honey and milk to blender.
  • Blend on low for about 10 seconds and then on high for about 3 seconds.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!
