GARDEN TUNA MELTS
Got this great recipe from Kraft. My whole family loves this, especially my DH. Very easy and quick for those busy days.

Steps:
- Mix tuna, mayo, onion, green pepper, and seasonings.
- Cover each of 4 bread slices with tuna mixture, one slice of cheese and second bread slice; spread outsides of sandwiches with butter.
- Cook in skillet on medium heat until lightly browned on both sides and cheese is melted.

Steps:
- Set oven control to broil.
- In medium bowl, mix tuna, mayonnaise, celery, onion, parsley, vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Place bread slices on baking sheet. Broil with top about 4 to 6 inches from heat 1 minute or until lightly toasted.
- Turn bread over on baking sheet. Spread untoasted side of each slice of bread with about 1/3 cup of the tuna salad, 1 slice of the cheese, 2 slices tomato and 1 of the remaining slice cheese. Return sandwiches to oven; broil 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

- Heat a panini press or griddle. Spread the cut sides of the rolls with mustard and mayonnaise and top each roll half with a slice of cheese. Spread the tuna salad on the bottoms and cover with the pickles. Close the sandwiches and spread the outsides of the rolls with the butter.
- Add the sandwiches to the press and cook over moderate heat until the cheese is melted, about 6 minutes. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve.
