500 g fish
1 coconut leaves or 1 banana leaf
2 -3 eggs
1/2 liter water
salt
150 g flour
1 ounce red pepper
8 garlic cloves
10 spring onions
50 g ginger

Steps:

  • 1. meat that has been finely ground.
  • 2. all the finely ground spices.
  • 3. mix all the ingredients and spices in a bowl -- mix well -- then go right flour little by little and add a little water until soft dough -- wrapped in coconut leaves -- then bake about 5 -10 minutes.
