Steps:
- Place tomato paste, apple cider vinegar and white vinegar into a large mixing bowl. Mix.
- Add water. Mix with a whisk until smooth.
- Add sugar, salt, granulated onion, granulated garlic, thyme, ground red pepper, basil and black pepper. Whisk well.
- Store in a tightly sealed container, in the refrigerator, until ready to serve.
