SO-SIMPLE SALSA DIP
Salsa's great served alone with chips, but mixing and heating it with cream cheese makes a wonderfully warm dip!

- In 1-quart saucepan, heat cream cheese and salsa over low heat about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cream cheese is melted.
- Keep warm in heatproof dish. Serve with chips.

OUTLAW SALSA DIP
This is an easy way to modify salsa into something just a bit better and it's a different dish to put on the coffee table during the Superbowl too. It's from a newspaper clipping.

Steps:
- Pour the lemon juice into a bowl and mash up the avocado pulp into it.
- Spread this in the bottom of a 7x11-inch casserole dish.
- Drain the salsa in a colander and then mix it with the sour cream. Spread this over the avocado layer.
- Sprinkle the top with the tomatoes, cheese, scallions and olives.
- Refrigerate for up to a day in advance (covered with cling wrap) and serve cold with tortilla chips.

BIG GAME SALSA DIP
Great make-ahead-of-the-game dip! Cheesy (with some surprises), and served with tortilla chips. Keep hot in a slow cooker to last all afternoon and free yourself to watch the game. Always disappears quickly! Can be served in individual dip bowls with tortilla chips, or over a handful of chips in a bowl.

Steps:
- In a slow cooker set to high heat, place the processed cheese and milk. Cover and, stirring occasionally, cook until the cheese has melted and is well blended with the milk.
- Place ground pork sausage in a medium skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Mix in white onion. Cook and stir until onion is translucent. Remove from heat and drain.
- Stir sausage mixture into the cheese mixture. Reduce heat to low. Mix in salsa and black beans. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, approximately 1 hour.
- Garnish with green onions and serve with tortilla chips.
