CINNAMON ROLL FRENCH TOAST BAKE RECIPE
Cinnamon Roll French Toast Bake has all of the ooey gooey goodness of warm cinnamon rolls, with the ease of an overnight breakfast casserole.

Steps:
- In a medium casserole or baking dish (we used 9x13), spray with non-stick cooking spray. Cut the frozen cinnamon rolls into quarters, and evenly spread into the bottom of the baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. Whisk together well, and pour over the cinnamon roll pieces. Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight, at least 6-8 hours. Rolls will begin to thaw and rise.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Remove the plastic wrap and bake the French toast for 35-40 minutes or until the rolls are well browned on top.
- Remove from oven and frost with the cream cheese frosting from the cinnamon roll package (if desired). You can also top with your favorite syrup.

- Cut each cinnamon roll into 8 pieces.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon. Set it aside.
- Pour the butter on the bottom of a 9 X 13 inch (22cm x 33cm) glass baking dish. Spread the cinnamon roll pieces evenly over the butter. Then pour the mixture over the cinnamon rolls. Pour 1 cup of maple syrup over the mixture.
- Bake at 375°F(190°C) for 25 min.
- Top with the icing from the cinnamon rolls.
- Enjoy!

- Bake and ice cinnamon rolls as directed on can.
- Meanwhile, spray 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. In medium bowl, beat eggs, half-and-half, corn syrup and vanilla.
- With serrated knife, cut each baked cinnamon roll from top to bottom into 3 pieces, each with some icing. Arrange roll pieces in baking dish at a slight angle to fill dish and centers of rolls are exposed slightly.
- Pour egg mixture over rolls. Cover dish tightly with plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight.
- To serve, heat oven to 400°F Uncover baking dish; bake 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. If toast puffs up too high during baking, pierce with sharp knife so toast falls. Cool 2 to 4 minutes before serving. Top each serving with small pat of butter.
- Warm maple syrup goes well over this baked French toast, too.
- One-half cup of chopped nuts, chocolate chips or raisins make a great add inches.

- For the French toast: Grease the baking pan with butter. Tear the bread into chunks, or cut into cubes, and evenly distribute in the pan. Crack the eggs in a big bowl. Whisk together the eggs, milk, cream, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla. Pour evenly over the bread. Cover the pan tightly and store in the fridge until needed (overnight preferably).
- For the topping: Mix the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt and some nutmeg in a separate bowl. Stir together using a fork. Add the butter and with a pastry cutter, and mix it all together until the mixture resembles fine pebbles. Store in a re-sealable plastic bag in the fridge.
- When you're ready to bake the casserole, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Remove the casserole from the fridge and sprinkle the topping over the top. Bake for 45 minutes for a softer, more bread pudding texture or for 1 hour or more for a firmer, crisper texture.
- Scoop out individual portions. Top with butter and drizzle with warm pancake syrup and sprinkle with blueberries.

- Cut bread into 1-inch cubes. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking pan/casserole dish and layer half of the bread cubes in the pan. In a small bowl mix together 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup brown sugar, and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon (I use a fork for this). Sprinkle mixture over bread cubes in the pan.
