BANANA SPLIT PANCAKES
A yummy treat that I like to make when my nieces and nephews spend the night. Great with a glass of chocolate milk.

Steps:
- Mix flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a large bowl.
- Mash bananas in a large bowl using a fork. Add milk, egg, oil, and vanilla extract; mix well.
- Stir banana mixture and chocolate chips into the flour mixture until batter is blended but still slightly lumpy.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle over medium heat. Drop 1/4 cup batter onto the griddle and cook until bubbles form and the edges are dry, 3 to 4 minutes. Flip and cook until browned on the other side, 2 to 3 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.
- Top pancakes with strawberries and whipped cream.

- Combine flour, white sugar, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl, mix together egg, milk, vegetable oil and bananas.
- Stir flour mixture into banana mixture; batter will be slightly lumpy.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Cook until pancakes are golden brown on both sides; serve hot.

- In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, milk, 1/4 cup chocolate-flavor syrup and the egg with wire whisk or fork until blended (batter may be thin).
- Brush griddle or skillet with vegetable oil or spray with cooking spray; heat griddle to 375°F or heat skillet over medium heat.
- For each pancake, pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle. Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook other side until golden brown.

- Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl. Add egg, milk, and butter; whisk until combined but still slightly lumpy.
- Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Place 5 banana rounds in pan, about 3 inches apart. Spoon 1 tablespoon batter over each; cook until large bubbles cover surface, 1 to 2 minutes. Flip, and cook until bottom is golden, about 1 minute more. Transfer to a baking sheet, and keep warm in the oven.
- Repeat with remaining banana rounds and batter. Saute extra banana slices in butter until golden; serve with pancakes.

- Combine all ingredients (except bananas) w a wooden spoon in a large bowl.
- Mix w electric mixer on medium speed fr 2 min (scraping down sides halfway through w wooden spoon).
- Let sit for 20 min (batter will thicken).
- Heat a large pan on medium/low heat WITHOUT butter.
- Pour batter onto pan (I usually fit about 3 in one large pan).
- If adding bananas, gently place 3 slices onto one pancake now.
- Once bubbles appear evenly flip (other side only takes about 30-40 secs).
- Serve w your own choice of toppings.
