PANKO PARMESAN BAKED PORK CHOPS
Crispy and delicious oven "fried" pork chops with a panko parmesan coating is an easy homemade meal that you can have on the table in about half an hour.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Combine the panko bread crumbs and grated parmesan cheese in a small mixing bowl and set aside.
- Brush a light layer of mayonnaise on each side of the pork chops; season the chops then coat in the panko parmesan mixture.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with a bakeable cooling rack. Lightly mist some cooking spray (like Pam) over the pork chops before baking.
- Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown.

- wisk eggs in a bowl to blend, place bread crumbs in another bowl, and the cheese in another.
- sprinkle the cutlets with salt and pepper. coat chops generously with the cheese, patting to adhere. dip the cutlets in the egg, then coat with the bread crumbs, patting to adhere.
- heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add pork cutlets, reduce heat, flipping occasionally cook until golden and crispy.
- place the cutlets in a cookie sheet and bake at 400º for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
