Steps:

• Place pie filling in a 1-1/2-qt. slow cooker. Combine cake mix and butter (mixture will be crumbly); sprinkle over filling. Sprinkle with walnuts if desired. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours. Serve in bowls.

Steps:

• Combine flour, butter, 1 heaping cup of pecans and salt and press into the bottom of a 13x9 baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool completely. Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar with an electric mixer until smooth. Fold in half of the Cool Whip and mix until combined. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly onto crust. Mix pudding mixes and milk with an electric mixer until combined then mix on medium speed for two minutes. Spread chocolate mixture evenly onto cream cheese layer. Spread remaining Cool Whip onto chocolate layer then sprinkle with remaining chopped pecans.

• Combine dry cake mix and butter (mixture will be crumbly); sprinkle over filling.
• Sprinkle with walnuts if desired.
• Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours.
• Serve in bowls.

CHICKEN DELIGHT

Steps:

• Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
• Dredge chicken first in Parmesan cheese, then in egg, then in bread crumbs.
• Brown each breast in oil until golden brown.
• Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish and set aside.
• Pour wine into skillet with chicken brownings.
• Add mushrooms and saute for 5 minutes, or until tender.
• Top each chicken breast with an even amount of Monterey Jack cheese.
• Top with sauteed mushrooms and wine sauce.
• Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake at 375 degrees F.
• for 30 to 35 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and is no longer pink.

PREACHER'S DELIGHT

Steps:

• Dump apple pie filling into crock-pot sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
• Cut butter into dry cake mix and sprinkle over pie filling.
• Set at low setting for about 3 hours.
