Steps:
- Have your cereal in a microwave safe bowl then add in your water and let it set for a minute or two.
- Now mix and try to wet all the cereal.
- Add your peanut butter thoroughly.
- Now microwave it all with a lose lid on top, for about 20 or 30 seconds. It depends how mushy or liquified you want it to come out.
- When it is cooling mix it all even better and mash it down some.
- Now you can chill it or eat it with ice cream or however you like. I like it plain for the most part.
- I am sure you can use any cereal.
- I have tried cocoa pebbles, and plain old corn flakes with similiar results that seemed tasty and healthy too.

- To a glass bowl, add the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla (if using), and microwave for 1 minute.
- Whisk the mixture until well combined, then mix in the cheerios and make sure that all of the cheerios are well coated with the honey peanut butter mixture.
- Press into Pan: Press the mixture into a lined 8x8 inch pan and use a spatula or your hands to press it down.
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until set. This will make the bars easy to remove from the pan and cut cleanly.

- Add the honey and peanut butter to a medium size sauce pan, along with the olive oil if using. Stir the honey and peanut butter and heat over low heat. Once warm, combined and just beginning to bubble remove from heat.
- Add the Cheerios to the sauce pan and stir until well combined. Make sure all of the cereal is coated well. Once combined, scoop the cereal mix in a greased 8x8 or 9x9 inch baking pan and spread into and even layer pressing down on the top to ensure everything sticks together.
- Cover and place the peanut butter cereal bars in the fridge for at least an hour, or until completely set. Once set, slice into bars and enjoy.
