Ingredients

4 ounces dry white wine (Chablis is good)
1 ounce peach schnapps
2 ounces orange juice
2 ounces pineapple juice

Steps:

Add ice to a cocktail shaker until it is about 3/4 full.
Add in all the drink ingredients.
Cover and shake vigorously.
Strain into an ice-filled wine glass.

Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) package frozen unsweetened peaches, thawed
1 quart peach juice
1 (750 ml) bottle dry white wine
1 (12 ounce) can apricot nectar
1 cup granulated sugar

Steps:

In a food processor or blender, puree peaches.
In a 3 quart container, combine peaches and remaining ingredients.
Cover and chill for 5 hours to allow the flavors to blend.
